Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly, but the soundproofed rooms made for an incredibly peaceful stay. the heating was also top-notch, ensuring that I was always comfortable during my time there. the proximity to various dining options like the Ottoman Restaurant and Tang Chinese Restaurant made it incredibly convenient to enjoy delicious meals. Overall, my experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Basingstoke.
